Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

To request a return, log in to your customer account and submit a return request directly from your order page. Don't have an account? Create one using the email address you ordered with, or contact us at hausofdanq@gmail.com. Our customer service team is available from Monday to Thursday.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or store credit (if requested) within 2 weeks.

Pre-Order Model

All items are produced to order and require approximately 5 weeks of production time before shipping. Once your order enters production, cancellations/exchanges may not be possible but please reach out to us via email at hausofdanq@gmail.com as soon as possible if you want to make any changes to your order.
